At Bloom, we believe strength training is for everyone, no matter your starting point. Co-founded by a strength and nutrition coach and an orthopelvic physical therapist, Bloom offers virtual strength training programs designed specifically for women.

Our mission is to help women feel strong, capable, and supported no matter their starting point. Through expert-led, accessible workouts and a welcoming online community, we take the guesswork and intimidation out of strength training. You’ll find a safe space to move confidently, build resilience, and reconnect with your body on your own terms.

In Person Consult

Starting a strength training program at home can feel intimidating — that’s why Bloom offers two 45-minute onboarding sessions with Lisa or Morgan. You’ll learn the foundational movements in the app, from core work to deadlifts and jumps, so you can feel confident, safe, and ready to crush your strength journey.

If you’re local to the seacoast of New Hampshire, these can be done in person at our Seacoast Athletics location in North Hampton. If you’re not from the area, we can schedule a virtual session.

  • Minimal Equipment Required: Work out from the comfort of your home with just a few basic pieces of equipment. Have access to a gym? We provide exercise progressions to match your setup.

  • Supportive Community and Coaching: Get direct access to your coaches through in-app messaging, plus connect with a like-minded community of women who are on the same journey.
